Check out our breeding clearances on our males and females! Everyone deserves a puppy from parents cleared of some terrible diseases that can plague the Labrador breed.. Breeding clearances are important to us and they should be to you as well. Adopting a puppy from a breeder who doesnt invest in the proper clearances will only cost one person in the future YOU!

SCAMS OUT THERE FROM PEOPLE WHO DONT HAVE PUPPIES, ARE NOT BREEDERS, ONLY LOOKING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. Most of our puppies are sold before they they litter arrives, or shortly after. We recommend applying a deposit if seriously interested in a certain litter. We do have a waiting list, and sometimes a long one, for our puppies. We always reserve the right to first and second pick of our litters.
The majority of our puppies are placed on AKC Limited Registration. You will still receive your akc registration papers upon receipt of your puppy. The only difference in AKC limited and Full registration is, with Full the puppy/dog can be bred from, with limited it cannot. This is to stop unwanted puppies crowding our shelters and put to death EACH AND EVERY day. All are placed on limited unless discussed and agreed to otherwise. Breeders are welcome to inquire about full registration on our litters. We do believe in helping
others and giving chances to those who are serious about the labrador breed. Someone helped me once.. A deposit will hold your choice. We will email you our deposit contract to look over, print, sign, and return with your deposit. We do not operate on the typical "first come, first served"
basis,we like to help by put the right puppy with the right family. A very calm puppy may not be suitable for a very
active family and a very active puppy may not be suitable for an older couple, one with children, etc. We want you and the
puppy happy. I'm sure you've heard the saying "pick the one that comes to you first" that is not a good way to pick
a puppy. Deposits are non-refundable for holding and caring for your puppy. This is only fair to us and other interested parties who may have been turned away on the puppy that you had a deposit applied to. Deposits are refundable however, if we do not produce a litter or sex/color your dep. is applied to, or the deposit may possibly be rolled over to another litter. Also, if our vet would find discover anything with your puppy, after discussing with you, you are welcome to a full refund on the deposit. We never refer to our labradors as "white", nor do we advertise white puppies as that is
nothing more than a sales pitch that some use to place puppies, double their price by making someone think they are getting
something rare or hard to come by. Our labradors are registered and advertised as yellow, as they are registered as with the
AKC.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME, TO RETURN ANY DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ADOPTION.
